Cancellation and Refund Policy – Digital Web Zones

At Digital Web Zones, we strive to provide the best services possible. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary. Below is our cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your service, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the agreed start date of the service. If services have already begun, no cancellations will be accepted, and full payment will be due.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: Digital Web Zones reserves the right to cancel services if we believe that the project is not feasible or if the client violates the terms of the agreement. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as Google My Business verification, initial SEO audits, and other setup services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Refunds for Long-Term Projects: For projects that span multiple months, refunds will be issued for incomplete work based on a prorated calculation, minus any non-refundable services or costs incurred.

  • Service Delivery Guarantee: We strive to deliver services to the best of our ability. If you believe there has been an issue with service delivery, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns and possible resolutions.

3. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once services are completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. Any changes or revisions requested after service completion will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
